Problem: On September 10, 2003, Landa Enterprises
moved its POP e-mail clients to the servers at Voitek, Inc. Since these
servers require different authentication, everyone will have to change
their Outlook configuration.
Solution: The steps below will take you through how
to configure your Outlook to receive messages. I have specially marked
the steps that should make this process very fast for existing clients.
Follow these steps:
1) Click Tools -> E-mail Accounts.

2) Click "Next >".
3) Select the e-mail account you are having problems
with (for multiple accounts, you may have to repeat the following steps
until you have made changes to all of your accounts hosted with Isolnet).
4) Click "Change...".
5) The following window will appear:

6) Existing customers: Please
Note immediately that your User Name is no longer your
complete e-mail address. It is only the first part
of your e-mail address (i.e. Instead of "myname@mydomain.com",
just enter "myname"). If you are an existing customer, change
the User Name and then click the button marked "Test Account Settings..."
Nine times out of ten, this will fix everything.
7) Fill in the screen as shown in the example above.
Replace "Anthony Landa" with your own name. Replace "landa@landaenterprises.com"
with your e-mail address. Replace any mention of landaenterprises.com
with your domain name, including in the POP3 and SMTP fields
(i.e. Enter pop.mail.mydomain.com - the photo does not display the ".com"
above, it is hidden in the photo, but should still be there).
8) Click "More Settings" to access the Advanced
Settings.

7) Click the "Outgoing Server" tab on the
next window that appears.
8) Finally, select both "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication"
and "Log on to incoming mail server before sending mail".
The correct settings are shown below.

9) Click "Ok", "Next >", and "Finish".
10) Try checking and sending your e-mail again.
